Jeffrey Goldman is the Director of Program Development at the Center for Embedded Network Sensing (CENS) at UCLA. From 2002-2006, he worked at the American Institute of Biological Sciences, as the Director of the Infrastructure for Biology at Regional to Continental Scales project and, ultimately, as the first Project Manager for NEON, guiding the observatory design process and the formal creation of the NEON organization. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (AB, Biology) and Duke University (PhD, Biology).
