David Douglas, Vice President for Eco Responsibility, Sun Microsystems, Inc., holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Since May 2006 he has served as Vice President for Eco Responsibility at Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of environmental initiatives across the organization. This responsibility extends to cooling technologies, product recycling, clean manufacturing, energy efficiency, and improvements in day-to-day operations.
