ESA Survey

At a Webcast on March 21, 2007, ESA Executive Director Katherine McCarter and panelists James P. Collins (NSF Assistant Director for BIO), David Schimel (CEO of NEON), and Jason Taylor (Education Director of ESA) answered questions from the community about NEON science and education. The session included a briefing on the results of an ESA-sponsored survey focused on educational opportunities related to NEON science, including input from the ecological community on training needs and other issues associated with using NEON facilities and data.
