STEAC Member: Dr. Halton Peters, Lazard Brothers & Company

Dr. Halton Peters earned his Ph.D. degree from Stanford University. His thesis work under Dr. Christopher Field and Dr. Harold A. Mooney was titled “Consumer control of animal-structured plant communities under current and future environmental conditions.” In August, 2007, Dr. Peters left the Field Lab to take a position with the investment bank Lazard Brothers and Company.
