Ted Hehn: Scientist, Instrumentation Physicist

Ted Hehn is the instrument scientist for the NEON CAL/VAL Lab. Ted has 17+ years of experience in design and integration of research instrumentation. From 1991 to 1998 Ted was with the USDA Rocky Mountain Research Station as the Electronics Engineer for the Alpine and Subalpine Atmospheric and Climate Change Project. From 2000 to 2008, Ted was the Ecophysiology Developmental Technician for the University of California at Berkeley's Biometeorology Lab and responsible for instrument design and integration, laboratory instruction and management, and research site and database management. Ted holds a B.S in Applied Physics from the University of Northern Colorado and a M.S. in Ecology from the University of Wyoming.
