Brian Damiani: Lead Systems Engineer

Brian Damiani joined NEON in April 2009 as the Lead Systems Engineer. Brian has spent the last ten years providing technical leadership and management on a number of satellite and ground based systems. He most recently served as the Operational Lead for the NPOESS Command, Control and Communications Segment. Brian has significant experience integrating and working on missions with science focus, most notably the NASA Earth Observing System missions of Terra, Aqua and Aura, where he was instrumental in developing and deploying their command and control systems for mission operations. Brian holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota -- Twin Cities and an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a Six Sigma specialist, and has acquired both training and experience in systems engineering and integrated product team leadership.
